JUICING

How long will my juice last?

Cold press juice typically lasts 3-5 days. The Juice Box is made to order fresh within 48 hours. We are raw and do not pasteurize. This keeps the nutrients and enzymes living and intact, and of course our juice does have a shorter shelf life than pasteurized or HPP (high pressure processed) juice. Each juice will have a "best by date" on the cap. The juice is actually drinkable past this date but to maximize nutrients and enzymes we suggest drinking by the consume by date. And to ensure your juice stays at the peak of perfection, please keep it refrigerated!

How often should i drink each bottle?

Every juice should be drunk preferably every 2 to 3 hour (like a meal prep). If you’re feeling hungry in between breaks eat a grape fruit/ orange with raw nuts, or grapefruit, raw nuts and banana.

In what order should I drink the bottles?

What if I want to work out during my cleanse?

Listen to your body. If you feel weak, do not push yourself. If you are working out and feel you need more than the 6 bottles included, try eating raw fruits, vegetables, and/or raw, unsalted nuts. If that is still not enough, try a vegetable-based soup. If you need to eat a meal, it should be vegetable and/or nut based.

What about the sugar, I often here juice cleanses have way too way too much sugar?

On the contrary, natural sugar found in juice are a simple carbohydrate that converts into glucose and is used for energy. These types of food contain essential nutrients that keep the body healthy while preventing disease.

Manufactured sugars, which are typically found in processed foods are chemically produced. Because of rapid sugar break down, they often leave you feeling hungry, which helps cause insulin and blood sugar levels to rise up.
The difference between the two are, healthy sugars found in juice are natural, and help curb your appetite leaving your body feeling more fuller while also restoring healthy nutrients.

Manufactured sugars on the other hand are chemically based, and often found in everyday processed foods. They rapidly break down sugars leaving your body feeling hungrier and causes insulin levels to skyrocket. This leads to obesity and cancer causing particles.
So drink more juice. You’re safe!

How often can I cleanse? Can I drink these juices daily?

Our products differ from other juices on the market. All of our product are alkaline based and rid the body of most acidic foods consumed. They can be consumed daily!

What is alkaline

Alkaline based produce cleanse the body of toxin, acts as an anti-inflammatory which help against arthritis, has antioxidants and fights against cancer causing particles. Did I mention all of our products are made fresh from farm/market to consumer within 3 days and are all natural!

What are the benefits of cold-pressed juice?

The benefits of cold pressed juice range in variety, but some of the highlights are a more balanced pH (we tend to have very acidic bodies with modern-day diets). Through the alkalinity of fruits, veggies (especially leafy greens), an increased mental clarity and energy focus is achieved. Clearer and glowing skin over time, organ and tissue cleansing, and weight management are many of the other benefits just to name a few

We buy all of our produce from local farms, and highest-quality suppliers made fresh from farm to consumer within 3 days. Ingredients marked with a * are organic.

Does your products align with an alkaline diet?

Alkaline diet is a diet focusing 70-80% of your food and drink consumption on the most alkaline-forming foods, and limiting your intake of the most acid foods.
The goal of the alkaline diet is to support your body in maintaining it’s own, natural alkaline balance. And to answer your question yes!

Are your products vegan, gluten free, and non-gmo?

Yes! There is no lactose or gluten in The Juice Box beverages. The Juice Box beverages have NO artificial flavors, colors or preservatives and are 100% vegan.

Do you guys add any sugar to your juices?

Not now and not ever! All of our products are handcrafted using raw natural, unpasteurized fruits and vegetables. However, some variations may occur in taste based on agricultural crop and seasonality.

Why is The Juice Box so expensive?

Bottom line is we don’t cut corners. We make the purest product with the highest quality as possible. Our juices are made fresh from farm/ market to consumer within 3 days. Not to mention each order is made and delivered within a 48 hours window after purchase. When you get down to the nitty gritty, we want to provide the best quality for our customer and loyal fans. Also each bottle is raw unpasteurized and contains 3-5 lbs. of produce 😉

What areas do you service?

We deliver The Juice Box to Houston and the greater Houston surrounding areas.

How do I place an order for delivery order?

The delivery window locally for Houston, New York, and L. A. is mon- sat. Globally shipped tue- Friday the designated delivery window is Mon-Fri between 6:30am and 9am. The cutoff for ordering is 3pm the day before delivery day. So, cutoff for a Wednesday delivery is Monday at 3pm. Cutoff for Friday delivery is Wednesday at 3pm.

Our L.A. and New York markets for shipping and delivery will be coming soon!

Where are you guys located. Can I place an order for pick-up?

I live in California. Do you guys ship?

We will be adding overnight shipping/ next day air to our national markets soon. So, hang tight!

What if my delivery/ shipment is late?

The Juice Box has a 100% call-to-confirm commitment on all 48-hour deliveries to ensure that you receive your products on-time as promised. However shipping may be delayed due to weather conditions or other USPS/Fed Ex/ UPS delays.

Sometimes the courier does not deliver by 10:30am or may miss your day entirely. This is not uncommon; it actually happens around 4-5% of the time.

In most instances, our hands are tied. Before writing us, please allow the mail courier the following morning to deliver your juice. Our packaging is designed to hold up for up to 48 hours depending on the outside temperature, so the juice will be fine even on the following day under the majority of instances. If you finally get your juice and it's warm, definitely let us know and we will correct the problem.

When will guys begin shipping?

How long will my juices last?

Juices last 3-5 days. You should drink your juice within five days of receiving it to receive best quality and experience.

What if am not there when my juice is delivered?

Just leave a note/ letting our courier know If you won't be home upon delivery. We’ll leave an ice pack with your order to ensure the product stays fresh throughout the delivery day. However, it is always best to refrigerate your juices as soon as you receive them.

How should I store my juice?

Take your juice out of the box and keep it in the refrigerator. Remember to toss the ice packs (if received) in the freezer. Just shake your juices and enjoy

Refund

Given the highly perishable nature and limited shelf life of our products, all sales are final once the items have been shipped/ delivered. Orders can be canceled anytime before the items are released for delivery/ shipment. Packages are shipped Priority Overnight with No Signature Required using Fedex and/or UPS as the courier(s). Deliveries are called to confirm.

No refund will be given if the courier does not deliver on time. If the courier is unable to access your home or building, they will determine if it is appropriate to deliver your package or reattempt the next day. Products are shipped in packaging that can maintain adequate temperature for up to 48 hours depending on weather conditions.

No refund will be given for packages that are discarded, stolen, or spoiled due to lack of timely refrigeration once delivered. These events are out of our control and we do not insure our shipments. It is up to you to ensure your items are quickly brought inside once delivered.

No refund will be issued for a negative experience of our products. Everyone is different and each person may react differently to our juices or juice cleansing. Numerous factors such as personal diet, activity level, and medical history are just a few of many variables that will determine your experience with our products.

If your order arrives incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can quickly make the most appropriate remedy. In most cases, we will provide a partial refund if we made a mistake with your order. We will not re-ship missing items to remedy incomplete or incorrect orders. Please check that you have received the correct products and refrigerate them as soon as possible.

No refund will be issued if you are unsatisfied with your personal expectations or goals of using our products. The Juice Box does not make medical or health claims of any kind regarding the use of the products listed on this site. We do not guarantee weight loss, health improvement, or any other change. You should consult with a healthcare professional before starting any diet, exercise, supplementation or medication program.
